Meet Our Professional Team
Gina Chauvin
Owner / Trainer
Gina lives in Madisonville, LA with her twin girls Valerie and Vanessa, her husband Jeffrey, and her sweet pup, a golden retriever named Olive. She is really enjoying this new busy phase of her life with two young kids, going to all the different activities, and even helping coach a sport or two.
She went to college at Nicholls State, and received a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts, and a minor in Business Administration. She used her degree and worked as a kitchen supervisor at the Ritz Carlton until she gave birth to two beautiful girls. Gina created her cleaning company to have the time needed to be there for her girls. She believes in going the extra mile to show how much she cares, not only to her clients, but to every person in her life. She believes in the power of gratitude, and its significance towards her outlook in life, and how it affects the people around her.

Nicole Serpas
Marketing & Administration
Nicole resides in Mandeville with her husband, Nicholas, her two children, Nico & Nora, and her fur baby Lucy. Originally from the Southshore, Nicole made the move when she decided to start a family.
Nicole's favorite place to unwind is at a Mexican restaurant with queso and a margarita! She also loves to cook for her family, acting, and a good show on TV. She went to LSU (GO TIGERS!), and earned two degrees while in attendance.
Like Gina, Nicole also left her career in the tourism industry behind after having children, and became a SAHM. She began doing freelance marketing in an effort to keep her skills sharp, and to bring in some additional income. Nicole brings several years of experience in operations, marketing, and sales within the film & tourism industry.

Krysta Austin
Operations Manager
Raised in Michigan, Krysta moved to Louisiana in 2019 and currently resides in Ponchatoula. She has a deep love of nature and animals, and lives with three dogs (Korra, Maple, and Bubby) and three cats (Freyja, Cheese, and Cracker). As a result, she is well versed in keeping a home clean!
Krysta's professional background focuses on customer service. She has nearly ten years of experience in a variety of settings, from warehouses to restaurants, satisfying clients and customers. Krysta is currently studying at Southeastern Louisiana University to obtain a degree in psychology, with hopes of someday pursuing a master's in child development. When she's not at work, or caring for her animals, she spends her free time reading and enjoying hand crafts such as sewing or knitting.

Michelle Williams Stowe
Cleaning Technician
Michelle and her family moved to Mandeville in 2003, where her three children graduated. She now resides in Goodbee area, very near to her two grandchildren and her strawberry farm. Michelle loves spending time with her grandkids, family, friends and traveling to faraway places. She loves exploring places she has never been and seeing new things.
Michelle's favorite hobbies include working on the farm, bird watching, taking care of 47 chickens and her plants. She loves caring for people too and finds cleaning to be therapeutic. She wants to leave places and things better than the way she finds them.

Ashley McCarroll
Cleaning Technician
Ashley was born and raised in Gainsville, Florida. At 20 years old, she made the move to Louisiana and currently lives in Ponchatoula. She is a single mother to the sweetest little girl (Ellie) and will always work hard to provide for her family (which includes three cats and a puppy)!
Ashley loves to cook good food, and drink coffee on her front porch. She enjoys the fresh air and the smell of coffee.
She understands that life can throw some unforeseen, and very difficult things at you, and that is why she strives to bring peace of mind (and comfort) to others through her work at Camellia Cleaning!

Olivia Hunter
Cleaning Technician
Olivia is 28 years old and is originally from Biloxi, MS. She has been in Louisiana for the past 10 years and loves it!
Olivia has been a stay-at-home mom to her two beautiful little girls who are almost 4 and 1. In her spare time, she loves to take her kids on little adventures to create memories. Before having kids, Olivia was in the childcare field.
Olivia's favorite food is a chicken quesadilla or any type of pasta. Her favorite holiday is Christmas, and she definitely prefers when it’s cold outside. She is so excited to start this journey with the Camellia Cleaning team and looks forward to making a difference in people’s homes!
